Participate in inventory control and cost analysis A leading company in the meat industry is looking for: **Junior Buyer** **Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Management:** Execute and track purchase orders for raw materials and food supplies. * **Negotiation:** Request quotations, evaluate, and negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms with suppliers. * **Inventory Control:** Participate in managing maximum/minimum stock levels and prevent losses or stockouts. * **Cost Analysis:** Conduct price comparisons and pursue continuous cost savings. * **Warehouse Coordination:** Coordinate proper receipt of goods. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Gastronomy, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably within the gastronomy, retail, or food industries. * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency and working knowledge of **SAP** * **Skills:** Strong negotiation ability, results-oriented mindset, and attention to detail **Work Schedule:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with availability to handle urgent operational matters on Saturdays We Offer: * Biweekly payroll via Banorte bank * Statutory benefits Salary: $10,497.00 \- $21,073.34 per month Work Location: On-site employment
