Rotonda 15 Ferrocarril, 44440 Guadalajara, Jalisco **Benefits** Option for indefinite-term contract FULL JOB DESCRIPTION **Requirements:** \- Age between 25 and 50 \- Industrial Engineering or related degree \- Experience in metal mechanics industries \- Experience in mechanics, stamping, welding, and presses \- Personnel management \- Experience in implementing and monitoring organizational 5S \- Analytical and problem-solving skills \- Ability to work in teams and under pressure **Experience:** \- Production scheduling \- Directing and controlling adherence to production programs \- Production metrics \- Measuring time according to established activities for personnel under supervision \- Line balancing \- Managing and leading human resources, materials, and tools \- Application of 5S \- Supervising maintenance services \- Experience in welding, stamping, and press areas \- Safety and hygiene protocols and use of PPE \- Technical designs, blueprints, and drawings \- CNC files \- Supervision of compliance with industrial safety standards \- Supervision of order, cleanliness, and quality standards on the shop floor \- Supervision of proper use of tools, machinery, and equipment **Skills required for this position** Organization Problem solving **Proactive** Assertive communication Teamwork Decision making **We offer:** Statutory benefits, biweekly salary, Monday–Friday schedule, Saturday mornings, with part of Saturday afternoon and Sundays off. **Job type** Full-time, indefinite-term **Education** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (Preferred) **Experience**: Knowledge of manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, welding, assembly) Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
