Job Summary: Electrical Installation Supervisor responsible for leading and supervising installation activities in the field, ensuring compliance with drawings and quality standards, coordinating teams, and managing resources. Coordination and planning of on-site activities **LOCAL CANDIDATES IN MEXICALI ONLY!!!** **Position:** Electrical Installation Supervisor Responsible for leading and working side-by-side with field personnel, directly executing and supervising installation activities. Ensures that technicians perform conduit runs strictly in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. Conducts visual and technical inspections to verify that all electrical connections are performed correctly, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. **Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions **Responsibilities:** Communication and coordination with the site superintendent Active on-site coordination and supervision of execution personnel Supervision of construction processes Teamwork with various departments Preparation of the biweekly activity schedule Development of the schedule based on the activity program Planning of upcoming work (verify and ensure proper sequence) Inspection of supplied materials (verify quality, conformity with drawing specifications, etc.) Identify on drawings the materials available for the project to ensure continuous progress and avoid downtime Perform field quantity takeoffs and ensure information traceability Request materials and equipment via email (submit requisitions at least 15 days in advance) Review submitted piecework reports to ensure they accurately reflect field execution Verify that quality release documentation is available for each completed task Obtain client approval for completed work Generation of power generators Preparation and submission of estimates Ensure safety of personnel and third parties Plan and allocate resources Client interaction Follow up on punch lists Field problem resolution Report project progress to the site superintendent Maintain site logbook Record downtime Position Type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 7 months Salary: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Place of residence Experience: * Construction: 10 years (Mandatory) * Electrical Installation Foreman: 5 years (Mandatory) * Electrical Installation Execution (direct execution): 8 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
