Key responsibilities in dimensional inspection and quality control. **Maseficiencia is seeking a Curtain Bender in Apodaca, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------- **CURTAIN BENDER** REQUIREMENTS. * *Secondary education, technical vocational training* ***EXPERIENCE******:*** * *2 years of experience operating CNC curtain benders.* * *Engineering drawing interpretation.* * *Proficiency in using measuring tools.* RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operation of shears. * Operation of curtain presses. * Engineering drawing interpretation. * Tooling setup. * Use of workshop tools (polishers, sanders, etc.). * Dimensional inspection using tape measure, micrometer, and vernier caliper. * Visual inspection of parts per work instructions. * Completion of production records. * Proper handling of non-conforming products, labeling, and coordination with the Sheet Metal Team Leader to determine disposition. * Completion of preventive maintenance checklists for assigned equipment. * Completion of equipment handover checklists during shift changes. * Transporting in-process and finished products to designated areas and notifying the Sheet Metal Team Leader for assignment of next tasks. * Reporting equipment anomalies to the Sheet Metal Team Leader. * Returning tools and measuring equipment to the Quality Department at the end of shift if no longer needed. * Providing support for various activities. * Maintaining the 5S standards in the work area.
