Propose solutions and improve processes based on data analysis. **DATABASE ANALYST** We are seeking a database analyst to design, manage, and extract valuable information to solve specific problems and support business decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources; apply statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends; and communicate findings through clear reports and visualizations for senior management. Key responsibilities: * **Data collection and organization:** Retrieve and structure relevant information from multiple databases and sources. * **Data cleaning and validation:** Remove errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates to ensure data quality and reliability. * **Statistical analysis:** Apply techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within datasets. * **Interpretation of results:** Translate analytical findings into understandable and actionable insights for business units. * **Report and visualization generation:** Present results clearly and effectively using charts, diagrams, and strategic reports. * **Solution proposal:** Develop recommendations and suggestions based on analysis to improve processes and decision-making. Required Skills: * **Analytical skills:** Critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems. * **Tool proficiency:** Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), databases (SQL), and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * **Communication:** Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences. * **Attention to detail:** Meticulous approach to working with data and ensuring analytical accuracy. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate with the management team to develop a prioritized list of needs for each business segment. * Identify and recommend new ways to save money by optimizing business processes. * Use data to build models representing customer base and overall consumer population trends. * Work with department managers to outline specific data requirements for each business analytics project. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Computer Engineering * Over 2 years of experience in data mining * Over 2 years in a data analyst role * Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team * Strong attention to detail Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting at $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Work Location: On-site
