Guided by our principles We Care, We Succeed With Our Customers, and We Own the Outcome, we work collaboratively, think boldly, and deliver solutions that move industries forward. **About the Position:** * Apply and monitor the use of Lean Manufacturing tools for continuous process improvement. * Participate in initiatives promoting operational efficiency and resource optimization. * Collaborate on additional continuous improvement and operations activities as required. * Implement Lean Manufacturing methodology tools through Kaizen events, such as: VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Workplace Organization (6S), Visual Management, Standardized Work, Material Handling Systems (Kanban, POU, Heijunka), TPM, and SMED, among others. About You: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (required to ensure understanding and application of continuous improvement methodologies and process analysis). * 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. * Strong ability to learn and apply new concepts. * Ability to influence and persuade, fostering creative thinking within the organization. * Leadership, facilitation, and effective communication skills across all organizational levels. * High performance standards and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to form and lead multidisciplinary teams. **Skills:** * A3, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Visual Management, TPM, SMED (changeover reduction), Material Flow concepts, Pull, FIFO, Material Handling and Sequencing (Kanban, POU), Line Balancing, Heijunka (level\-loading) At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
