Meet operational requirements of production equipment in the plant while demonstrating efficiency. Be capable of maintaining robotic equipment in optimal condition to meet production program deadlines and thereby achieve organizational objectives. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND/OR ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Technical degree or Engineering degree TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry in a similar position TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: * Fanuc/Nachi/ABB robotic programming * Repair of robots 120i, 2000i, 900i * Intermediate MIG (torch mate, touch sensing) repair * Administration of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance * Intermediate mechanical knowledge * Intermediate to advanced electrical knowledge. Interpretation of electrical diagrams * Digital and analog electronics. Circuit board repair * Intermediate metrology * Intermediate pneumatics knowledge * Intermediate hydraulics knowledge * Intermediate Allen\-Bradley SLC 500 knowledge * Intermediate Allen\-Bradley PLC 5 knowledge * Maintenance software * Intermediate MIG and resistance welding knowledge * Intermediate Allen\-Bradley RsLogix 5000 knowledge * Advanced intermediate spot welding tool knowledge * Advanced intermediate Fanuc\-Nachi handling tool knowledge * Advanced Arctool (Torch\-Mate, touch sensing options) knowledge * Intermediate Allen\-Bradley ControlNet knowledge * Panel View knowledge * Database management * Departmental procedures, instructions, and applicable forms LANGUAGES: Intermediate English **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
