Knowledge: Excel: pivot tables, cross-tabulations. ERP systems (SAP preferred). Supplier negotiation. Expiration date management. Responsibilities: Prepare and track purchase orders. Maintain the supplier database up to date. Monitor delivery compliance and supply lead times. Support price and terms negotiation under supervision. Maintain constant communication with internal departments. Request and compare quotations from various suppliers.
