




Position Summary: Responsible for automation-related technical support in the design and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Key technical support in manufacturing and packaging automation. 2. Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and programming issues on equipment. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment. **Objective**: As the Automation Responsible, provide technical support for the design and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and packaging equipment to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance indicators. Technical knowledge related to mechanical design, PLCs, vision systems, robots, servo motors, etc., to resolve issues within the manufacturing process. Apply practical technical knowledge to troubleshoot failures in machines and processes involving mechanical, electrical, or programming aspects on high-speed automated equipment. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks through direct involvement with equipment. **Requirements:** * Gender: Not specified * Education: High school diploma (minimum) * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience * Proficiency in automation software and controller (PLC) operation across various platforms including SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY, OMRON, SCHNEIDER, FANUC, EATON, and Delta Electronics. **Responsibilities:** A. Maintenance of motors and electrical panels, gearmotors, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic presses, punch presses, injection molding machines, clutches, brakes, plates, pistons, and hydraulic manifolds. B. Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults. C. Replacement of damaged electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components and parts. D. Implementing direct improvements in the development of high-speed automated equipment used in circuit breaker manufacturing. E. Collaborating with Eaton’s production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure achievement of established objectives. F. Providing support for CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) activities as required to address systemic issues in manufacturing and quality processes. G. Ability to adapt to job-related activities based on the organization’s operational needs.
