Proactive and service-oriented attitude, with negotiation skills. **Professional Profile – Sample Technician (Projects Department)** **Job Objective** Ensure the proper manufacturing, control, and delivery of large-format digital print samples, guaranteeing quality, timeliness, and effective communication with all involved departments. **Academic Qualifications** * Technician in Quality, Production Processes, Industrial Technician, or related field. * Basic knowledge of digital printing, finishing, or light manufacturing is desirable. **Experience** * 1–2 years in production, quality control, industrial processes, or sample management. * Experience coordinating with various departments (production, logistics, procurement, design). **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (printing, cutting, finishing, assembly, and packaging). * Inventory control and material management. * Preparation of progress reports and process documentation. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic proficiency in production control software or ERP systems is desirable. **Soft Skills** * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills across departments. * Interest in operational work on the production floor. * Organizational ability and capacity to set priorities. * Attention to detail and quality focus. * Proactive and service-oriented attitude. **Key Responsibilities** * Track the sample manufacturing process: printing, cutting, finishing/assembly, packaging, and shipping. * Verify sample quality prior to delivery. * Manage sample requests and define priority handling. * Negotiate and coordinate with various departments to ensure deadline compliance. * Request materials required for sample manufacturing. * Control inventory of specific supplies and materials for samples. **Ideal Candidate** An organized, dynamic individual who enjoys working on the production floor, is results-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to coordinate processes across multiple departments.
