Responsibilities: Architectural design and drawing interpretation; preparation of preliminary and executive project documentation (industrial warehouses, offices, restrooms, dining areas, and buildings) Structural drawing projection for industrial warehouses, offices, restrooms, dining areas, and buildings. Generation of construction details Structural judgment 3D modeling Preparation of presentation sheets, renders, and target images Material quantification, volumetric calculations, and preparation of concept catalogs. Design of hydrosanitary installations Field surveys Coordination with other departments SKILLS: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong verbal communication skills, decision-making capability, versatility, self-discipline, time management, results-oriented, proactive. Salary: Up to $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
