Responsibilities * Supervise manufacturing engineering teams and develop/train personnel performing and supporting plant operational functions. * Lead tooling design, assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimation, systems planning, layouts, standards, releases, etc. * Manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational methods, equipment, systems, and other operational infrastructure used to achieve operational goals and objectives. * Lead the installation of new machines and equipment, as well as process changes, to provide the most efficient and cost-effective manufacturing or assembly of quality parts. **Skills You Have** **Capacity Planning and Management – MFG:** Knowledge of tools, approaches, and practices to determine production demand and capacity to manage resources needed to deliver satisfactory service levels. **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. **Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational, operational, or process problems; ability to appropriately apply problem-solving knowledge to diverse situations. **Basic Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree **Experience:** 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering; project planning, problem solving, and strong knowledge of Fabrication and Assembly manufacturing are required. Experience with NPI/APQP programs, SAP ME, and engineering change management.
