Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to evaluate, quote, and execute control and automation projects, program industrial equipment, and develop solutions for customers. Key Highlights: 1. Development and execution of control and automation projects. 2. Programming and configuration of industrial control equipment. 3. Customer consulting and field business development. **Project Statement.** TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES · Evaluate projects and services in the field. · Provide project quotations to end customers. · Development and execution of control and automation projects. · Preparation of technical service, warranty, and project reports. · Programming, configuration, and training on proprietary industrial control equipment (PLC\-HMI\-DRIVES). · Assembly and construction of control panels. · Development and design of control diagrams in AutoCAD and EPLAN. COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVES · Achievement of positioning, growth, and project sales targets. · Specialization in end-customer consulting and internal sales of proprietary brands. · Daily operational follow-up to fulfill commitments and close project sales. · Proactive identification of business opportunities in the field. · Collaboration with suppliers to develop action plans, workshops, and training sessions. **Employee Incentive Program.** In appreciation of your services to the company, we present the following compensation plan: Benefits: * Social Security (IMSS). * SAR. * INFONAVIT. * Vacation days in accordance with the law. * Vacation bonus. * 15-day year-end bonus. * Salary: The base monthly salary will be $15,000.00 MXN, tax-free, payable biweekly via bank payroll.
