Opportunity for growth The Logistics Operations Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to logistics and supply chain activities, ensuring document control, system information updates, and timely shipment tracking, thereby contributing to the fulfillment of delivery timelines and 3PL service standards. Main Responsibilities * Enter and update shipment and service order information in the system. * Track pickups, deliveries, and transportation movements. * Validate and control logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, waybills, bills of lading, proof of delivery, etc.). * Maintain constant communication with carriers, customers, and internal departments. * Prepare status reports and daily operational reports. * Assist in handling and resolving incidents. * Manage physical and digital document archives. * Comply with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards. Requirements * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within logistics, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL. * Intermediate Excel skills. * ERP, WMS, or TMS experience is desirable. * Basic or intermediate English (desirable). Knowledge * Supply chain processes. * Logistics and international trade documentation. * Administrative control of operations. * Report generation and performance indicator tracking.
