This position leads the warehouse operations and national distribution logistics of a mid-sized company. We seek someone with sound judgment, organizational skills, and foresight to manage an agile operation with strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise incoming and outgoing goods, including coordination with customs and freight forwarders for each import. * Monitor physical inventory through cycle counts and periodic audits. * Plan purchases and inventory replenishment based on forecasted demand and optimal stock levels. * Coordinate national distribution logistics and define delivery routes. * Authorize orders and validate inventory availability in coordination with the sales team. * Manage returns, claims, and logistics incidents. * Generate inventory, shrinkage, and incident reports. Candidate Profile: * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations. * Experience in customs processes and coordination with customs brokers / freight forwarders — desirable. * Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Ability to forecast demand and define inventory levels. * Operational leadership and interdepartmental coordination capability.
