Description

Job Summary: Plans, directs, and coordinates warehouse operations—from material receipt to order delivery to Production—ensuring correct processes are followed. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors inventory and improves warehouse processes. 2. Leads and balances subordinate activities. 3. Drives Kaizen projects and implements the 5S methodology. **Objective:** Plans, directs, and coordinates warehouse activities—including material receipt, storage, and order delivery to Production—ensuring execution through correct processes. **Primary Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities:** * Monitor warehouse and yard trailer inventories. * Track and analyze issues arising from various area operations. * Ensure proper workload balancing among subordinates. * Improve processes. * Monitor KPIs across different warehouse areas. * Monitor downtime. * Promote Kaizen project implementation. * Verify 5S implementation in the warehouse. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree—Business Administration, Customs and Logistics, International Trade, or Industrial Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse environment. Advanced English proficiency. SAP system experience.
