




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and supervise general services, manage documents, handle government procedures, and support the CEO in decision-making and communication. Comprehensive management of general services Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Microsip and Microsoft Office tools. * Valid driver's license (Mandatory). * Experience managing KPI indicators. * Must reside in Ciudad del Carmen (Mandatory). Responsibilities: * Registration and control of duly compliant documents from current units. * Management of government procedures required for company operations with governmental authorities. * Management of the CEO's schedule, emails, phone calls, etc. * Meeting and event coordination: Scheduling, organization, and follow-up. * Decision-making support: Data analysis, research, and recommendations. * Communication with employees, clients, and suppliers. * Management of sensitive and confidential information. * Coordination and supervision of general services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and auxiliary services. * Management and contracting of vendors and contractors. * Maintenance of infrastructure and equipment in good condition. * Management of the general services budget. * Vehicle management, maintenance reports, and follow-ups. * Conducting inspections to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery. * Development and implementation of plans and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards. * Supporting other administrative tasks, travel arrangements, expense management, etc. Salary discussed during interview.
