Optimizes logistics costs and guarantees operational continuity. **Capital Humano Laguna is seeking a Foreign Trade Supervisor in Monclova, Coahuila de Zaragoza** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Position Objective** To administer and coordinate import and export operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican customs regulations, optimizing logistics costs, and guaranteeing the company’s operational continuity. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate import and export processes (maritime, air, and land) * Manage customs documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin) * Review and validate import/export customs declarations (pedimentos) * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers * Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC programs, and VAT certification * Control logistics costs and analyze landed cost * Monitor delivery timelines (Lead Time) * Manage customs incidents and resolve operational issues * Support internal and external audits (SAT, IMMEX, etc.) **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in foreign trade * Knowledge of Mexican customs legislation * Experience with IMMEX and PROSEC (preferred) * Proficiency in handling customs declarations (pedimentos) and customs systems * Intermediate\-advanced English (mandatory) * Intermediate\-advanced Excel **Skills** * Analytical and problem-solving abilities * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure * Focus on compliance and risk reduction **Desirable** * Experience in manufacturing industry (automotive, electronics, etc.) * Experience in foreign trade audits * Knowledge of SAP (ERP, Oracle, etc.) **Contract Type** * Full-time **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69dcfa423f0000310039a3d3\&source\=indeed*
