Job Summary: We are seeking a key Shipments Analyst to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and pave the way for digital logistics across LATAM. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in account implementation and ID creation. 2. Coordinate shipments and confirm itineraries with customers. 3. Ensure shipment profitability and verify costs. Together, we navigate better! ️️ We are looking for a **Shipments Analyst**, based in **Ciudad de México, Mexico**. This role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving the growth of digital logistics across LATAM. **What will you do daily?** * Participate in the implementation process (kick-off) for assigned accounts and ID creation. * Review and send instructions letters to origin. * Coordinate shipments with agents and suppliers, and confirm itineraries with customers. * Ensure shipment profitability and verify costs against quotations. * Continuously notify customers of itinerary change statuses. **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Minimum of 4+ years of experience in maritime import operations. * Operational experience with CargoWise. * In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, international regulations, and risk management. * Customer orientation. * Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills. **What benefits will you enjoy as a Nowporter?** * Unlimited vacation days. * Major medical and life insurance. * Grocery vouchers. * Extended maternity/paternity leave. * Comprehensive Well-being Platform. * Growth opportunities. * International career path.
