




Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a 3PL logistics company in Mexico, responsible for verifying and auditing inventory processes, managing cyclic inventory counts, and ensuring quality compliance. Due to business growth, we are currently seeking talent for the inventory department. Inventory Coordination. What Do You Need? Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related field 2 years of experience in inventory management and analysis What Will Be Your Contribution? Verify inventory control processes, including product inflows and outflows from the warehouse and/or maquila facilities, within inventory control systems managed by Solistica and by the client (e.g., SAP). Audit incoming inventory into the warehouse to ensure accurate information recording; request approvals in case of discrepancies to guarantee that product receipt complies with specific characteristics outlined in the product receipt notification. Manage the execution of cyclic inventory plans by scheduling them in coordination with the warehouse manager, generating count lists, analyzing results from physical counts and internal movements, and recording metrics using IRA and ILA indicators. Generate reports to support inventory control. Produce Balance Compare reports and follow up on findings. Ensure compliance with current requirements in the client’s and organization’s quality management systems. Ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements within the client’s and organization’s quality management systems. Adhere to good warehousing practices and maintain a clean and organized workplace. Actively participate in external and internal audits and follow up on audit requirements. What Do You Get?
