Support in service follow-up and customer service **Hr Option is seeking a SALES SUPPORT FORWARDER in Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **A leading international logistics and transportation company is seeking a Sales Support Forwarder (Freight Forwarder).** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. (Degree holder). * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service within the Freight Forwarding industry. * Knowledge of Incoterms. * Knowledge of logistics services. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Provide sales department support in preparing and sending quotations to existing and prospective customers. * Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. * Manage commercial CRMs for lead and prospect registration and tracking, preferably Cargo Wise. * Support service follow-up jointly with the operations department for services provided to each customer. * Manage appointment schedules and pending items with the commercial department. * Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospects or customers via telephone or email to ensure proper service. * Perform administrative tasks for the respective department. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 to $18,000 MXN gross. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (4% savings fund, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days as compensation starting from the second year, etc.) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Flexible schedule and availability on some weekends.** **If interested, please apply through this channel.** **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree – Degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Teamwork * Responsible * Organized *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69a882163a000030005acefc&source=indeed
