At IMC, our success stems from our human capital’s commitment and processes governed by the highest quality standards. **Description:** The Operations Planning Manager aims to ensure the efficiency and continuity of the production process through the development, monitoring, and adjustment of production plans. This role serves as the key liaison among production, logistics, sales, and management, ensuring resources are aligned with demand and business objectives. **Responsibilities:** Production Planning and Scheduling * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term Master Production Schedules (MPS). * Schedule production orders according to installed capacity, material availability, and commercial priorities. * Adjust production plans in response to changes in demand, line stoppages, or operational contingencies. * Coordinate with manufacturing departments to validate cycle times, yields, and capacities. *Operational Control and Monitoring* * Monitor daily production progress against the plan, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Generate performance reports (On-Time Delivery, efficiency, volume) in Excel and Microsoft Planner.
