Guarantee excellence in customer service A logistics professional with an operational focus on customs, responsible for leading import and export operations at key ports, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise port-based import and export operations. * Ensure compliance with current customs regulations and procedures. * Lead work teams and monitor daily operations. * Maintain communication with customers, authorities, and logistics providers. * Supervise cargo release and optimize operational timelines. * Ensure compliance with standards such as AEO and CTPAT. * Prepare operational reports and track performance indicators. * Provide timely solutions and ensure efficient customer service. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field. * More than 7 years of experience in maritime customs operations. * Experience leading work teams. * English proficiency level B2 or C1\. * Knowledge of AEO, CTPAT, and customs regulations. * Results-oriented mindset.
