With over 10 years of market experience, we stand out for our efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to our clients. ***Job Objective:*** Provide support to the traffic/operations department in operational, administrative, and tracking tasks, aiming to contribute to operational efficiency. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Currently enrolled student in International Business or related field. * Valid optional health insurance (IMSS). * Flexible schedule availability (minimum 4 hours per day). * Basic knowledge of logistics (desirable). * Basic proficiency in Excel and management software (desirable). ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Review and collect required documentation for each trip (bills of lading, invoices, delivery receipts, etc.). * Provide basic administrative support related to the department (filing, scanning, updating databases). * Assist in preparing and monitoring trip reports, mileage, delivery times, and trip status. ***WE OFFER:*** * Financial support (optional, subject to company policies). * Completion of professional internships. * Direct experience in the transportation sector. * Technical and administrative training.
