We are looking for the best **Import Analyst** with experience in Asian operations. * Location: Naucalpan * Salary: $25,000 MXN per month * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Statutory benefits \+ Food vouchers *Job Objective* To manage and coordinate the end-to-end import process, ensuring on-time delivery, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance—primarily for transactions with suppliers in China. *Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of import experience (primarily Asia/China). Solid knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations. Experience negotiating with international suppliers. Proficiency in managing and coordinating with customs agents and freight forwarders. Experience handling up to 30 containers per month. Management of \+25 international suppliers. Handling of \+1,000 SKUs. Experience in container consolidation. Document control (Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, customs entry forms, etc.). Intermediate\-advanced English (for negotiation and follow-up). *Responsibilities* Comprehensive coordination of maritime imports, primarily from China. Timely shipment tracking with freight forwarders and customs agents. Negotiation of logistics rates and terms. Strategic container planning and consolidation. Logistics cost control and analysis. Monitoring of transit times and customs clearance. Document management and regulatory compliance. Internal coordination with warehouse, procurement, and finance departments.
