Job Summary: We are seeking an import coordinator to supervise and coordinate import operations, track shipments, and communicate with customers and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, and customs agents **Do you have experience leading import operations and ensuring each process flows efficiently?** We are looking for our next **import coordinator** **Responsibilities**: * Supervise and coordinate import operations across various modes (maritime, air, and land) * Track international shipments from origin to final delivery * Maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, and customs agents * Coordinate the operations team and ensure compliance with internal processes * Monitor performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating import operations * Solid knowledge of customs procedures, shipment documentation, and foreign trade regulations * Experience liaising with logistics providers and tracking customer orders **We Offer:** * Salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (food vouchers, an additional vacation day, half-day off on birthday) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Work location: Central area Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an operations coordinator?
