As a Global Trade Analyst I, you will play a key role in researching, analyzing, and maintaining global trade content, including Harmonized System (HS) classifications, duties, prohibitions and restrictions, and customs\-related documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our trade content is accurate, standardized, and delivered on time to support our customers worldwide. About the Role In this opportunity as a Global Trade Analyst I, you will: · Conduct Regulatory Research: Research and analyze global trade regulations for assigned countries using official government sources to interpret and maintain up\-to\-date trade content. · Monitor \& Analyze Trade Data: Track changes in tariffs, duties, and related trade regulations, ensuring timely and accurate updates are captured in internal systems. · Standardize Trade Content: Convert regulatory updates into standardized, system\-compatible formats for data loading and product use. · Support Stakeholders \& Customers: Analyze customer inquiries related to assigned tariffs and provide well\-researched, accurate responses in a timely manner. · Maintain Documentation: Create and update process documentation, procedures, and work instructions in accordance with established guidelines and templates. · Contribute to Product Quality: Identify and report bugs, support testing activities, and assist with product enhancements through established development processes. · Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with team members and cross\-functional stakeholders to support content updates, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You You’re a fit for the role of Global Trade Analyst I if you have the following required qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, or a related field. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to independently gather, analyze, and interpret trade data. · Intermediate proficiency in tools such as Excel, databases, and data analysis or visualization software. · High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and data quality. · Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. · Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain issues and propose solutions. · Demonstrated accountability, ownership of deliverables, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
