In this role, \[Lead and execute the reconstruction, reconciliation, and regularization of information related to Annex 24 and Annex 30, ensuring traceability, accuracy, and compliance with obligations established by the Mexican customs authority.] Responsibilities 1\. Annex 24 Reconstruction: \- Integrate and cleanse the historical database of temporary import inventories. \- Upload, correct, and validate customs entries, invoices, BOMs, exits, and consumption records. \- Align inventory balances with actual operations. 2\. Annex 30 Reconstruction and Reconciliation: \- Perform reconciliation between theoretical balances and Annex 24. \- Validate discharges, returns, and transfers. 3\. Analysis and Regularization: \- Identify discrepancies and documentary errors. \- Manage customs entry corrections and inventory adjustments. 4\. Documentation and Internal Control: \- Maintain complete case files and progress reports. 5\. Cross-Departmental Coordination: \- Collaborate with accounting, production, logistics, procurement, and IT systems. 6\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): \- Reconstruction progress. \- Inventory reconciliation. \- Discrepancies corrected. \- Reduction of penalty risks. \- Schedule adherence. What we’re looking for! Minimum Requirements Education: \- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. Experience: \- 3–5 years in IMMEX, Annex 24/30, inventory management, or customs audits. Technical Knowledge: \- Mexican Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE), Annexes 22/24/30, BOMs, ERP systems. Desired Qualifications/Skills Analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
