Opportunity for recent graduates or those with entry-level experience. **Accounts Payable Analyst** At Grupo Industrial Assa, we seek talent with entry-level experience in accounts payable who wish to develop within the finance area, participating in the control, validation, and recording of accounting transactions related to suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely information for proper departmental management. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory) * **1 to 2 years** of experience in accounts payable or accounting * Knowledge of customs entry documentation and import/export expense recording * Experience reviewing and recording supplier invoices * Supplier reconciliations (direct contact) * Intermediate-level Excel (formulas, data cross-referencing, database management) * ERP system experience (desirable: AX, Oracle, or SAP) Main Responsibilities: * Receipt, validation, and recording of invoices * Review of invoicing versus system registration * Accounting recording of import and export transactions * Control and recording of customs entries * Recording of customs broker expenses * Reconciliation of supplier account statements * Follow-up on discrepancies and clarifications * Direct contact with suppliers * Preparation of departmental reports We seek a candidate who is: * Organized and detail-oriented * Analytically focused * Proactive and eager to learn * Possesses strong communication skills for supplier interactions At **Grupo Industrial Assa**, a leader in the textile industry, we seek young talent interested in developing within the areas of imports and international trade.
