Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with strong commercial vision and experience in plastic piping to expand our presence in the national market by managing infrastructure and industrial projects. Key Highlights: 1. Develops business and manages projects in key sectors. 2. Provides specialized technical consulting and negotiates complex proposals. 3. Represents the brand and monitors the market for regional management. We seek a **suitable Engineer**, preferably with experience in the commercialization of plastic pipes and a strong commercial vision, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in the national market from the strategic region of **Querétaro**, managing infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects requiring advanced plastic piping solutions. **General Information** * **Company:** Aquatherm, a leading multinational manufacturer of PPR piping systems. * **Location:** Querétaro, QRO. (Residency in the city is mandatory). * **Employment Type:** Full-time. * **Salary:** Competitive / To be negotiated. **Academic Requirements and Experience** * **Education:** Engineer. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–4 years in technical sales of **plastic pipes**, preferably. * **Technical Knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and sanitary blueprints. * Knowledge of thermofusion, electrofusion, or chemical bonding processes. * Familiarity with national and international standards (ASTM, ISO, DIN). **Main Responsibilities and Functions** * **Business Development:** Identify and prospect new opportunities in industrial sectors, data centers (Data Centers), commercial construction, and infrastructure projects. * **Project Management:** Conduct technical-commercial follow-up from material specification during the design phase through to sale closure and delivery. * **Technical Consulting:** Provide on-site support to contractors and engineering firms regarding the competitive advantages of our systems. * **Negotiation:** Prepare complex economic proposals, managing delivery terms and payment conditions. * **Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activity and report price and product trends to regional management. * **Public Relations:** Represent the brand at chambers of commerce, engineering associations, and industry events (e.g., MEXDC). **Desired Competencies** * **Results Orientation:** Focus on achieving sales targets. * **Self-Management:** Ability to work independently with disciplined schedule administration. * **Assertive Communication:** Skill in negotiating with decision-makers (procurement managers, construction directors, project owners). * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel within central Mexico. **We Offer** * Base salary above market average. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Career development plan within a globally present organization.
