Position Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogy student to undertake internships or professional practice in the design and pedagogical support of training programs in industrial automation, with a focus on online platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum design for online courses with an active and participatory approach 2. Pedagogical advisory support to instructors on digital content 3. Educational innovation and pedagogical project management Pedagogy undergraduate students are invited to complete their internships or professional practice at our center, the Center for Robotics Specialties and Industrial Applications A.C. (CERAI). Our center delivers training in industrial automation through face-to-face instruction, and is currently developing an online platform to expand and optimize our training programs. To achieve this, we require specialized pedagogical support in the following areas: * Designing curriculum structures for online courses, with a pedagogical focus centered on active and participatory learning. * Providing pedagogical advisory support and guidance to instructors in creating and implementing digital content. * Knowledge of online learning platforms and educational technology tools. * Effective communication skills, teamwork ability, and adaptability to technical and professional training environments. * Educational innovation and pedagogical project management in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
