Job Summary: This role is responsible for inventory management, material tracking, and interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of purchase requisitions and material tracking. 2. Inventory level monitoring and updating to optimize stock levels. 3. Cross-departmental coordination to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve deviations. * **FOR THE WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING DEPARTMENT** * Generate purchase requisitions and track incoming shipments. * Validate material stock levels jointly with the warehouse team. * Serve as the communication channel with the commercial department regarding any material deviations, if necessary. * Issue electronic vouchers; track electronic voucher fulfillment in the production area. * Review, clean up, and update Max/Min levels weekly to ensure and control inventory levels. * Inform the commercial and/or production planning departments about pending material arrivals to guarantee customer delivery dates. * Track and clear outdated vouchers in the SAPI system that remain unfulfilled.Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday half-shift Salary: $2,800\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
