Technical Knowledge (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint – communication skills) Languages (Intermediate/Advanced English) Skills / Competencies (proactivity, teamwork, good communication, organization, problem-solving) Your Responsibilities Monitor maintenance process results using key performance indicators (OEE, MTTR, and MTBF) to ensure achievement of established objectives. Track improvement plans and actions resulting from the company's continuous improvement programs. Continuously improve maintenance process performance in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and order and cleanliness of MF areas. Eliminate productive downtime by analyzing functionality of faulty equipment, as well as reduce material waste used in maintenance operations. Maintain positive labor relations and conducive work environments to support proper execution of activities within maintenance areas and achievement of objectives.
