***Job Description*** Plan, coordinate, and comprehensively supervise logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities—including finished goods, raw materials, and supplies—ensuring accurate delivery to internal and external customers, timely availability of production materials, and traceability of inventory and shipments. ***Key Responsibilities:*** **Logistics and Distribution** * Coordinate and supervise shipments to courier services and customers via assigned drivers. * Plan delivery routes to optimize time, transportation costs, and resources. * Coordinate with the Finished Goods Warehouse for weekly delivery scheduling. * Supervise documentation control for shipments (waybills, invoices, delivery confirmations). * Maintain constant communication with Production, Sales, and Quality departments to ensure proper delivery scheduling. * Manage delivery incidents (shortages, returns, damages, delays). **Finished Goods Warehouse Management** * Supervise proper storage, identification, and safeguarding of finished goods. * Ensure product integrity prior to release and delivery. * Control inbound and outbound movements in accordance with authorized documentation. **Raw Material and Supplies Warehouse Management** * Supervise receipt, identification, and storage of raw materials and supplies. * Verify that inbound deliveries are supported by purchase orders and corresponding documentation. * Control raw material and supplies inventory, ensuring physical accuracy versus system records. * Coordinate timely material replenishment to production based on authorized requisitions. * Implement FIFO/FEFO controls where applicable. * Report inventory variances, shortages, overages, or damaged materials. **Control and Continuous Improvement** * Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and warehousing. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in warehouses and transportation. * Actively participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001:2015\). * Propose improvements to warehouse layout, logistical flows, and inventory control. ***Position Profile*** * **Education:** Recent graduate in Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year preferred. **Knowledge:** * Warehouse management. * Inventory control. * Distribution routing. * ERP systems. * ISO 9001:2015 **Skills:** * Leadership. * Planning. * Organization. * Analysis. * Effective and assertive communication. **Competencies:** * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Decision-making. * Focus on internal and external customers. **Work Location** Iztapalapa area. **Employment Type** Full-time. **Important:** This job posting complies with the Federal Law to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination.
