Job Summary: Supervises operations, identifies errors, tracks incidents, and supports operational improvements to ensure quality and process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on attention to detail and effective communication ### **Responsibilities:** * Supervise that operations are carried out correctly. * Identify and report scanning, sorting, or damaged package errors. * Track incidents and support operational improvements. * Prepare daily quality reports. * Verify that staff follows established procedures. * Support staff training and maintain order and cleanliness in the area. ### **Requirements:** * Experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations. * Basic/intermediate Excel and operating system skills. * Attention to detail and effective communication skills. * Availability for shift work. ### **We Offer:** * Base salary of $9,600 * Statutory benefits * KPI-based bonus * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance Work location: Prolongacion Av.
