We are seeking: **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT:** **Position Objective** * We seek a Maintenance Assistant responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on facilities, equipment, and operational areas, contributing to the optimal functioning of infrastructure and ensuring appropriate conditions of safety, appearance, and operations. The position requires basic experience across various technical areas, ability to identify faults and perform minor repairs, as well as support in preserving and continuously improving facilities. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on facilities. * Detect and address basic faults in electrical, hydraulic, and infrastructure systems. * Carry out minor repairs in plumbing, electricity, painting, carpentry, and masonry. * Support the installation and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and accessories. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance needs. * Follow up on assigned work orders. * Maintain tools and work equipment in good condition. * Verify proper operation of equipment and facilities. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and civil protection regulations. * Prepare basic reports on activities performed and issues identified. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Secondary school and related technical training (preferred). * Experience: In general maintenance; experience in operational areas is valued. * Physical ability to lift and move materials. * Availability to perform diverse tasks. * Punctuality and responsibility. **Competencies** * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Organization. * Basic communication. * Proactivity. * Working Conditions * Work on the floor and in operational areas. * Rotating or fixed schedules according to needs. * Use of personal protective equipment. **INTERESTED?
