Supervises room and guest common area operations. Our Floor Supervisor actively participates in daily operations to optimize time efficiency and monitor the team to deliver a high-quality product. Essential Functions * Ensures compliance with the highest standards established by Four Seasons Ciudad de México. * Guarantees daily housekeeping and floor assistant tasks are completed under optimal conditions. * Ensures effective cleaning of rooms and guest areas in accordance with Four Seasons Ciudad de México standards. * Ensures regular training, monitoring, and feedback for the room team.
