It is also among the select restaurants in Mexico officially certified to serve Kobe beef on its menu. We are seeking a **full-time Host/Hostess and Delivery staff member** to join our Deigo team **located in Colonia del Valle Centro.** Candidates must be proactive and experienced in working under pressure. **Benefits:** * Gross monthly salary of $9,451\.20 * Weekly tips * Bi-weekly payment * Shifts of 8 or 7 hours * Staff dining service * Additional discounts of 10\-70% at certain hotels, English courses, and more * Statutory benefits **Responsibilities:** * Greet diners in the friendliest manner possible; escort them to their table if they have a reservation, or inform them of availability and estimated wait time if not. * Proficient in using the Open Table system and capable of working under pressure and as part of a team. * Maintain cleanliness of the hostess area. * Keep menus clean. * Inform the assigned waiter about any guest allergies. * Assist with arranging tables, chairs, benches, or bar stools as operationally required. * Perform end-of-day closing procedures. * Power on the Uber iPad. * Check connectivity. * Block out-of-stock items (code 86) in the system. * Receive orders via Uber, WhatsApp, and phone calls. * Deliver orders to couriers in a courteous manner. * Assemble orders completely with all extras, ensuring full service, proper organization, and cleanliness. * Take photos to document how orders are packed, for any potential issues. * Restock the stand (within your work area). * At closing, ensure iPads are fully charged, clean, and store closed. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience * Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus * Immediate availability * Flexible shift availability: 11 PM–7 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 4 PM–12 AM * Valid documentation (INE, proof of address, RFC, CURP, NSS, birth certificate) * 1 reference **Interested candidates: Apply now and we will call/message you to schedule an interview.** Discrimination is NOT permitted at this establishment.
