Focus on loss prevention and customer service quality. **Job Description:** At La Mesa del Jardín, we seek a General Manager responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, primarily focused on inventory, warehouse, and cash control, ensuring prevention of theft, shrinkage, and losses, as well as delivering efficient and high-quality customer service. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurants or similar positions. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and leadership. * Experience managing inventory, cash handling, and personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Warehouse control and security (restricted access). * Inventory supervision and control. * Supplying materials to all departments. * Cash register supervision. * Theft, shrinkage, and loss prevention. * Supervision of warehouse organization and cleanliness. * Support in service (calling out orders and tracking tickets). * Supervision of waitstaff’s customer service. * Overall coordination of daily operations.
