Supervision and control of laundry operations. 2. Personnel management and task assignment. 3. Ensuring hygiene and quality standards for towels. The position objective is to plan, supervise, and control laundry area operations, guaranteeing towel cleanliness, disinfection, availability, and good condition in accordance with established hygiene and quality standards for operations. Main responsibilities include: 1. Supervising daily activities in the laundry area. 2. Assigning shifts and tasks to subordinate personnel. 3. Ensuring proper washing, drying, folding, and storage of towels. 4. Conducting towel inventory. 5. Supervising appropriate use of equipment and supplies (chemicals). 6. Identifying and reporting damaged or missing inventory items. 7. Identifying and reporting equipment damage (washers and dryers). 8. Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance services with the maintenance department. 9. Completing logbooks. 10. Training newly hired personnel. 11.
