Punta Marina Restaurant is seeking: **Waiter / Salesperson** Job Objective: To provide customers with a professional, efficient, and friendly service experience, ensuring personalized attention, cleanliness of their assigned area, proper handling of service tools, and thorough knowledge of the menu. Candidate Profile: Required Knowledge: * Guest service and service sequence * Handling of banking terminals and cash collection * Familiarity with Ambit system (preferred) * Table and station setup * General knowledge of menu items and beverages Skills and Attitudes: * Excellent appearance and punctuality * Sense of urgency and service efficiency * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure * Execution of cleaning and organization tasks * Positive attitude, respectful interaction, and customer focus * Ability to perform suggestive selling and follow up on complaints Key Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers * Accurately take orders and enter them into the system * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow * Serve dishes and beverages efficiently and professionally * Ensure correct table setup * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned station * Perform cleaning tasks in the dining area (mopping) * Process payments and operate banking terminal * Address customer feedback or complaints and escalate to manager if necessary Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress (preferably in seafood restaurants) * Outstanding service attitude and professional appearance Salary: $2,030.00 weekly payments + Weekly tips Contact 55 6674 9843 to schedule an interview.
