**E-Type License Manager / Administrator** – KLB Mexico Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche **Job Description** KLB Mexico is seeking an E-Type License Manager / Administrator responsible for ensuring the administration, control, and regulatory compliance of operational staff driving licenses, guaranteeing their validity and alignment with legal requirements and internal safety standards. The position aims to mitigate operational risks, prevent non-compliance, and ensure operational continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Manage application, renewal, and reissue procedures for E-type licenses of operational staff. * Compile, safeguard, and maintain up-to-date documentary files for each employee. * Verify that staff meet the legal and documentary requirements specified by the client. * Monitor expiration dates to prevent operational non-compliance. * Coordinate appointments, medical evaluations, and procedures with relevant government agencies. * Maintain direct communication with governmental authorities. * Prepare control and license status reports. * Ensure compliance during internal and external audits. * Proactively identify and report potential non-compliance risks. * Support implementation and improvement of administrative controls related to document management and licensing. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in license management, document control, or similar administrative procedures.** * Intermediate Excel skills for database tracking and control. * Experience in compiling and managing documentary files. * Knowledge of processes handled by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT). * Prior experience in management systems and regulatory compliance is desirable. * Courses or training in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and auditing are desirable. * Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of follow-up. * **Interested?** Apply via Indeed or send your updated CV to **mreclutamiento@klbgroup.com** Join a dynamic and continuously growing company. **Join our team and contribute to our operations!** Salary: $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
