Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Work Modality: On-site What You Will Do: * Provide support to internal and external users. * Resolve incidents related to operating systems and applications. * Handle and follow up on tickets in helpdesk systems. * Use remote access tools for technical support.
