Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities 2\. Monitor maintenance execution 3\. Preventive and corrective maintenance 4\. Carpentry, electrical, gas, water, air conditioning, drywall, etc. 5\. Material estimations 6\. Report preparation 7\. And all other duties inherent to the position. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. 2\. Verify hydraulic and electrical systems to ensure functionality 3\. Inspect room lighting and confirm switches operate correctly 4\. Perform general maintenance repairs on furniture and facilities. 5\. Inspect, repair, maintain, and perform minor modifications to electrical installations, air conditioning, gas installations, or kitchen appliance repairs 6\. Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance tasks according to the established work schedule, maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in all casino areas. 7\. Conduct rounds with the Safety and Hygiene Committee, completing corresponding forms 8\.
