Position Summary: Zurich is seeking a Collections Control Desk Analyst to validate documentation, track procedures, analyze information, and generate operational reports to improve processes. Internationally leading company focused on diversity and inclusion **Zurich, an internationally leading insurer, invites you to join its team as:** **\-COLLECTIONS CONTROL DESK ANALYST\-** **Your skills and experience:** * **Education:** Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. * **Experience:** 6 months in collections, customer service, or control desk functions. * Experience handling collections processes, bank reconciliation, financial information analysis, and KPI management is desirable. * Internal and external customer service orientation. * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in Office tools, especially intermediate-to-advanced Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems or collections platforms (desirable). Familiarity with regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance practices, and industry best practices in insurance (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Validate documentation submitted for each procedure to ensure correct folio assignment and guarantee data entry quality. * Track and clarify returned procedures. * Analyze information and identify deviations, promptly raising alerts and managing corrective actions against the checklist. * Generate operational and management reports for business teams, audit, and internal control. Report on process cycle times, update and verify reports, in order to take necessary measures to reduce rework in procedure intake. * Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and controls. * Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations Services, Collections, and Commercial. * Handling applications, returns, inquiries, and general collections topics (Special Business). * KPI management. **We offer:** * Attractive compensation package. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Work location: Toreo.
