




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to handle customer follow-up, information management, file control, and database creation, with basic knowledge of billing and customer service. Database creation and updating Main Responsibilities: * Customer follow-up. * Invoice downloading via digital portals. * Control of physical and digital files. * Information handling (reports, files, records, etc.). * Database creation and updating. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Basic understanding and/or knowledge of billing operations. * Proficiency in CASA and CONPAQi systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Customer service orientation. * Teamwork skills. * Proactive attitude. * Speed and accuracy in data entry. * Attention to detail. * Collections management. * Organizational skills. * Up-to-date knowledge of SAT requirements. 100% on-site work Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
