Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of collaborator** Trust-based **Job objective** Generate and coordinate scientific medical information for products, with a focus on commercial training for sales forces across various pharmacy markets: Antibiotics, Central Nervous System, Cardiology\-Metabolism, OTC products, as well as hospital markets: Critical Care Areas (Operating Room, Anesthesiology, Intensive Care), Nursing, Infection Control, and Hospitalization. **Responsibilities and activities** * Conduct scientific medical information analysis with clients and potential suppliers to identify opportunities for new pharmaceutical products manufactured or marketed by Grupo PiSA. * Implement necessary strategies to improve the performance of sales, marketing, and external client personnel, contributing to Grupo PiSA’s image, productivity, quality, and competitiveness. * Design and develop training manuals and visual aids for the launch of new products. * Coordinate course logistics to ensure effective achievement of training objectives. * Conduct market analysis and evaluation from a medical and scientific perspective to assess the viability of existing and/or new projects for developing new products (manufactured or marketed). Experience * Pharmaceutical industry (2 years) * Clinical practice in hospitals (2 years) * Participation in designing or implementing Medical and Nursing Training Programs (2 years) Knowledge * Office software suite (Intermediate Excel, Advanced Word, Advanced PowerPoint, Outlook) * General knowledge of Medical Sciences * Training planning and administration * Scientific information research for clinical support (Pharmacology, Clinical Therapeutics) Education Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
