Description
**Responsibilities**
* Record and classify accounting transactions in ERP systems, aligned with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial statements.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Control and verify payment requests submitted by various departments, ensuring proper documentation, authorization, and payment scheduling.
* Generate and coordinate complete and timely accounting closings, including appropriate provisions and adjustments, enabling data-driven and timely managerial decision-making.
* File monthly, informative, and annual tax returns to comply with fiscal obligations.
* Supervise the migration and implementation of the new SAP ERP system.

**Requirements**
* Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. (Professional License)
* Experience: 1\-2 years in accounting roles (preferably in construction companies).
* Technical knowledge: Generally accepted accounting principles, journal entry processing, reconciliations, supporting documentation verification, accounting systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, SAP), intermediate\-advanced Excel.
* Skills: Attention to detail, orderliness, discipline, basic analytical ability.
**Position Conditions:**
* Work mode: On-site, Monday to Friday.
