Visitor and call reception and handling 2. Executive calendar coordination and meeting room management 3. Support in commercial and logistics activities 1\.\- Reception and handling: Answer calls, receive visitors, and direct them to the appropriate department. 2\.\- Executive calendar: Coordinate meetings, reserve meeting rooms, confirm appointments, and send reminders to executives. 3\.\- Document control: Draft minutes, reports, and letters; track signatures and deliveries. 4\.\- Commercial support: Schedule client visits, follow up on quotations, and assist in promoting services offered by group companies. 5\.\- Logistics: Coordinate courier services, package delivery, business travel, and per diems. 6\.\- Follow-up: Maintain updated status of pending items for executives and report progress.
