This role provides analytical support to the FRA discipline for financial reporting, compliance, and data accuracy, coordinating the timely preparation and delivery of reports.

### **About the Role**
Major Accountabilities
\~ Provide analytical support to managers on matters related to FRA activities, decision-making, and general projects.
\~ Support more senior colleagues by delivering analysis to aid financial, reporting, and accounting processes.
\~ Contribute to the preparation of analysis and reports with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of the data provided (e.g., profit and loss activity reports).
\~ Support the preparation of material facts reports and figures for internal and external reporting, delivered timely and accurately.
\~ Assist in preparing written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations.
\~ Contribute to maintaining accurate and timely fixed asset information in the fixed asset register and provide support to the general ledger as needed.
\~ Provide assistance in Finance Projects within the country or Business Unit.
\~ Notify technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
\~ Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
